I'm stuck in our family business. Stuck, because I still can't find a job that can pay me more than what my parents can give. Being employed in my parents' business makes me enjoy a lot of perks. I have a flexible work schedule, although this means that I have to deal with those everyday "where-are-you text messages" 15 minutes before our office opens. I can also go on leave-of-absence with pay for as long as I have to keep my mobile phone open so I can answer office calls which comes in every quarter of an hour, and bear with "why-are-you-not-replying" messages for texts not answered within a minute.I have the power to create new office policies and the influence to implement them, but almost all policies that I made were changed by my "boss" after a month.
